Our Offer.  

We create blends inspired by brand fragrances, Clone perfume，upholding the same high quality standards, in order to bring our customers an affordable alternative to their favorite designer perfumes. We are in no way affiliated with the mentioned brands.  

They are designed to be very long lasting, just like designer fragrances, in some cases even longer, depending on the composition.  

 

You pay your perfumes upfront. You also get free shipping for 3 products or more. We will ship you the 50ml bottles with a sample. Returns are always free. You can return any perfume you don’t like within 30 days after delivery and we will refund you the full price. Also, please note that shipping costs will NOT be refunded if you return products. But our returns are free and we will refund you the full price of the perfume within 30 days.  

By eliminating unnecessary packaging, advertising and prestige pricing that designer brands do, we managed to focus all our efforts on the quality of the fragrance and on delivering the exact same luxury scent, for a fraction of the price. This depends only on your usage habits. On average a 50ml bottle, used one time a day, lasts about 2 to 3 months.  

None of our products are tested on animals. Also, all our perfumes are vegan!  

 
If your order contains a pre-order product, please note that we will hold the ENTIRE ORDER until the pre-order item is available to ship. Payments for orders containing a pre-order item will be charged at the time of placement. Unfortunately during this time we cannot split or combine any orders. Shipping.

You can change your shipping address up to one hour after placing the order. We are unable to make any changes after this time-frame due to the automated nature of our fulfilment. If your package was shipped via FedEx or UPS you can request a redirect, although this may cause you to incur an additional fee. IMIXX is not responsible for mis-delivered packages if the wrong shipping address, and we’re unable to make changes on our end. If you need to change a shipping address after an order has been placed please reach out to FedEx or USPS to facilitate your request. The customer service is available during business hours, from 9AM to 5PM EST (weekday and weekend). If you send an email outside these hours, your request will be processed the following day.  

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Orders placed after 11am ET are processed the next business day.We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking link.  

We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. We do not deliver to PO boxes or to American Overseas Territories.  

Shipping costs $9 if you order 1 or 2 fragrances. Shipping is free when you buy 3, 4 or 5 fragrances.  

It is only possible to cancel your order for about one hour after the order is placed, if your order has not been fulfilled yet. However you can do it only if you are contacting us during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM). If you have any concern with your order, please contact us at yesonlyyouservice@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Our apologies. In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us yesonlyyouservice@gmail.com and we will investigate.  

 
While we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, we still want you to have the best experience with us. If you have concerns, please contact us at yesonlyyouservice@gmail.com to explain your situation and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.  
 

Returns

Returns are always free. You can return any perfume you don’t like within 30 days after delivery and we will refund you the full price. Nevertheless, we don’t refund the shipping costs (if you order less than 3 products, otherwise it’s free). If you want to return your perfumes, you can either send us an email at yesonlyyouservice@gmail.com If you’d like to return your perfume, we can only process this request once. So, you can return as many perfumes as you’d like, but they must be sent in the same return package (under one return label).  

 

First of all, you need to send the product back to us within 30 days of delivery. We will use the delivery date on the tracking code as the starting date for those 30 days. After this time, no returns will be accepted and we will not be able to refund you. you can send an email to us so that we can help you out.  

 

You can exchange a perfume with another perfume of the same price. (Example: if you buy a $29 perfume, you will only be able to exchange your perfume, with another $29 perfume).  

 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customers must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.  

 

Perfumes.

Layering fragrances means wearing more than one fragrance at a time to create a unique personalized scent. You can experiment any way you want with your favorite scents, for more information and tips regarding this technique please refer to our Blog section.  

 

It is recommended to keep perfumes away from direct heat or light and avoid subjecting them to drastic changes in temperature.  

Perfume types reflect the concentration of aromatic compounds in a solvent, which in fine fragrance is typically ethanol or a mix of water and ethanol. Various sources differ considerably in the definitions of perfume types.

 The concentration by percent/volume of perfume oil is as follows: – Eau de Parfum (EdP), Parfum de Toilette (PdT): 10 – 20% (typical ~15%) aromatic compounds. Sometimes listed as “eau de perfume” or “millésime”. – Eau de Toilette (EdT): 5 – 15% (typical ~10%) aromatic compounds.  

 

Additionally, We recommend applying your perfume on pulse points such as the neck, wrists, behind ears, and other areas where the skin is warm. Alternatively, you can spritz the fragrance in the air in front of you and walk through it so that the scent can envelop you. These techniques enhance the longevity and projection of the scent, allowing it to last longer throughout the day.

Diffusion refers to the way a perfume applied on your skin reaches the ones around you. A good perfume diffusion is neither distracting or overwhelming, for more information check out the related articles on our Blog section.  

That’s a good point. It is true that nose fatigue can affect our perception of the intensity of a fragrance, but others around us may still be able to smell it. So it’s always a good idea to be cautious when reapplying scents.
 
Regarding clone perfumes, while they may be similar in scent to the original, they are usually made with different ingredients and may have a slightly different fragrance profile. However, it’s important to note that not all clone perfumes are created equal, and some may be higher quality than others. Therefore, it’s important to do your research and choose a reputable brand if you are interested in trying a clone perfume.
